Disclaimers, Refund & Return Policy:
We do not accept returns or exchanges on any product once purchased, unless a wrong item was received or item was defective. All sales are final.
Disclaimer on Damages:
We inspect each product before shipment for any defects or damages. Therefore, if a product is received in damaged condition, the damage has occurred throughout transit. All packages are shipped out well secured to prevent any damage during transit. Upon arrival, there may be loose flecks of shadow, as this may occur naturally throughout the shipping/transit process.
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately (within 72 hours) if the item is defective, damaged or if you received a wrong item. Please contact us at info@simplyposhcosmetics.com with your full name, order number, and photo proof. We highly recommend adding SavedBy Package Protection to your order for a small fee, to ensure your order is protected against theft, damage, or loss.
Saved By Package Protection: Select SavedBy Protection before checkout, in order to have your order protected against theft, loss, or damage. International orders MUST select SavedBy Package Protection at checkout to ensure coverage in case of any issues that may occur throughout transit. If SavedBy Package Protection is not added at checkout for International sales, we will cancel order. If you select SavedBy Shipping protection at checkout, you will automatically get a confirmation email from Saved By with your order's information and details.
By deselecting Shipping Protection at checkout Simply Posh Cosmetics, LLC is not reliable for lost, stolen, or damaged goods.
Refunds: If your order has been approved for a refund (depending on circumstance), the cost of the product will be returned to original form of payment, excluding the shipping cost from your orders' total. We may ask for item to be returned, if so we will provide a return label.
