Disclaimers, Refund & Return Policy:
We do not accept returns or exchanges on any product once purchased, unless a wrong item was received. All sales are final.
Disclaimer on Damages:
We inspect each product before shipment for any defects or damages. Therefore, if a product is received in damaged condition, this damage has occurred throughout transit. All packages are shipped out well secured to prevent any damage during transit. Upon arrival, there may be loose flecks of shadow, as this may occur naturally throughout the shipping transit process.
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately (within 48 hours) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please contact us at email@example.com with your full name, order number, and photo proof of damage. Depending on the issue, we will issue a partial, full refund or a replacement product. If a replacement product is not available at the time requested, we will issue a refund for what is damaged.
If your order has been approved for a refund (depending on circumstance), the cost of the product will be returned to original form of payment, excluding the shipping cost from your order total. We may ask for the item to be returned, so we will include a return label if needed.
