Shipping Policy
SHIPPING POLICIES:
Processing Time: 1-5 business days (Mon-Fri) for orders to be processed (depending on volume of orders). May take up to 7 business days when there is a brand new launch.
Shipping Time: We ship with UPS (Domestic & International). Once orders have been shipped, packages may take 2-7 business days to arrive to your destination (with UPS Ground Saver). International orders may take 2-5 business days to arrive with UPS Worldwide Expedited. Please keep in mind UPS shipping times may undergo delays.
- Shipping fees as well as taxes will be added at the end of your checkout. Tracking numbers will be sent to the email address provided with purchase.
Simply Posh Cosmetics, LLC is NOT responsible for any lost packages. If your tracking number reads "Delivered" but no packaged was received, please make arrangements with UPS for a solution. Once packages are dropped off at UPS locations, we are no longer in control.

- If your package is returned due to a wrong shipping address, customer will be responsible to pay for extra shipping charges. Please make sure shipping addresses are correct before checkout. If you notice there is a mistake in your address provided, please send out a email to fix your address before package is shipped.
- We are not responsible for UPS actions such as delay, loss, & mistreatment or damage of packages. We only guarantee shipment, not delivery. All tracking updates can be found with a tracking number provided, which can be found on your order confirmation email. Please contact UPS if there are any shipment issues regarding your order.
- Here at Simply Posh Cosmetics LLC, we strive to package all orders to the best of our abilities, making sure all products are inspected and sent out well secured, to prevent any damages during transit. We mark every package as "Fragile" before shipment.
TBA for international orders: Simply Posh Cosmetics, LLC is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any customs fees.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges. All sales are final. Please refer to our Refund Policy Tab (found at bottom of our site) for further details.
