We do not accept returns or exchanges on any product once purchased, unless a wrong item was received or item was defective. All sales are final.

Disclaimer on Damages: 

We inspect each product before shipment for any defects or damages. Therefore, if a product is received in damaged condition, this damage has occurred throughout transit. All packages are shipped out well secured to prevent any damage during transit. Upon arrival, there may be loose flecks of shadow, as this may occur naturally throughout the shipping transit process. 

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately (within 72 hours) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Please contact us at simplyposhcosmetics@gmail.com with your full name, order number, and photo proof of damage. We highly recommend adding Route Shipping Protection to your order for a small fee, to ensure your order is protected against theft, damage, or loss.

Route Package Protection: Select Route Package Protection before checkout, in order to have your order protected against theft, loss, or damage. For an extra .88-.98 cents, you can add package protection by Route. International orders MUST select Route Package Protection at checkout to insure coverage in case of any issues that happen overseas. If you select Route Shipping protection at checkout, you will automatically get a confirmation email from Route with your order's information and details. You can download the Route App to keep track of your order, or file a claim if needed. 

By deselecting Shipping Protection at checkout Simply Posh Cosmetics, LLC is not reliable for lost, stolen, or damaged goods. 


If your order has been approved for a refund (depending on circumstance), the cost of the product will be returned to original form of payment, excluding the shipping cost from your order total. We may ask for the item to be returned, so we will include a return label if needed.
