We do not accept returns or exchanges on any product once purchased, unless a wrong item was received.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 5 days) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please contact us at email@example.com with your full name, order number, and proof of damage. Depending on the damage/issue, we will issue a partial, full refund or a replacement product.
If your order has been approved for a refund/return (depending on circumstance), the cost of the product will be returned to original form of payment, excluding the shipping cost from your order total. We may ask for the item to be returned, so we will include a return label if needed. Depending on circumstance, customer may need to pay for shipping return label.
