Processing Time: 3-5 business days (Mon-Fri) for orders to be processed (depending on volume of orders). We do not ship out/process orders weekends or holidays. Please keep in mind, if there is a new launch, processing time may take up to 7-10 days due to high volume of orders. Once you receive a shipment notification email, please wait up to 48-72 hours for tracking to update.
Shipping Time: We ship with USPS (Domestic & International). Once orders have been shipped, orders may take 3-5 business days to arrive to your destination (ground advantage), unless it is an international order.
- Shipping fees as well as taxes will be added at the end of your checkout. Tracking numbers will be sent to the email address provided with purchase.
Saved By Package Protection: Select SavedBy package protection before checkout, in order to have your order insured against theft, loss, or damage. International orders must select SavedBy Protection at checkout to ensure coverage in case of any issues that happen overseas.
Simply Posh Cosmetics, LLC is NOT responsible for any loss, theft, or damaged packages if SavedBy Package Protection was not purchased at checkout.
- If your tracking number reads "Delivered" but no packaged was received, please make arrangements with USPS or Route Package Protection for a solution. Once packages are dropped off at post office we no longer in control.
- If your package is returned due to a wrong shipping address, customer will be responsible to pay for extra shipping charges. Please make sure shipping addresses are correct before checkout. If you notice there is a mistake in your address provided, please send out a email to fix your address before package is shipped.
- We are not responsible for USPS actions such as delay, loss, & mistreatment or damage of packages. We only guarantee shipment, not delivery. We unfortunately have no control over the United States Postal Service. Once we mark as shipped, include tracking information, and drop off at a USPS facility, it is out of our hands. All tracking updates can be found with a tracking number provided, which can be found on your order email. Please contact USPS if there are any shipment issues regarding your order.
- Here at Simply Posh Cosmetics LLC, we strive to package all orders to the best of our abilities, making sure all products are sent out well secured and safe, to prevent any damages during transit. If any products arrive damaged/broken please refer to our refund policy for more information on how to proceed.
Simply Posh Cosmetics, LLC is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees.
International Shipping:
We offer International Shipping with USPS (First Class Package International), which is the least expensive option for shipping internationally. Please be aware, when shipping internationally with USPS First Class, there is a possibility tracking numbers are not fully accurate. Your package may take a few extra weeks to arrive, as it can be held at sorting facilities. Packages may not be trackable until they reach its destination country. USPS international shipping may take up to three months for your package to arrive.
International Customs, Duties, & Taxes:
International shipping labels and shipping costs purchased at checkout do not cover any customs fees or international taxes. These fees are NOT collected by Simply Posh Cosmetics, LLC. Any extra fees that occur after purchase are the responsibility of the customer. Taxes/VAT/Duties Fees for international shipments are not included at checkout and will be subject to the laws of your country's customs department. Customer is responsible for any other cost/fees.
